David is a Partner in the Property department of OSM Partners LLP.
He has over 10 years’ experience in advising clients on all aspects of real estate law. He advises a broad range of clients across public and private sectors including developers, financial institutions, government agencies and investors.David built his experience across a range of real estate practice areas including property development, real estate financing, residential and commercial investment acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant matters.
David has extensive experience in advising lenders, developers, and investors in all aspects of financing, property investment and development real estate transactions.
Prior to joining OSM Partners LLP, David worked as a Senior Associate across the Real Estate and Finance departments of a large commercial law firm in Dublin. David also worked as an in-house solicitor with the National Asset Management Agency (“NAMA”) where he worked on the residential development and portfolio loan sale teams.
