Andrew is a Partner and Head of the Personal Insolvency Department in OSM Partners LLP.
Andrew has over 15 years’ experience in the area of commercial litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency and has acted in cases before all courts including the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, specialist courts and tribunals. He advises on all aspects of personal, corporate insolvency and bankruptcy law, where he both advises and represents clients in contentious matters, and provides expert witness evidence.
Andrew advises a wide array of clients, including financial institutions, receivers, blue chip companies and private individuals.
Andrew also teaches trainee solicitors in dispute resolution on the Law Society’s Professional Practice Courses.
