OSM Partners strengthens its Corporate and Commercial Litigation Services with New Senior Appointment
OSM Partners is pleased to announce the continued expansion of the firm with the appointment of Will Corcoran as Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Team.
Will joins the firm with over 14 years’ experience in the areas of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, distressed debt resolution, restructuring and enforcement, injunctions and other property and banking litigation. His clients include banks, private equity funds, insolvency practitioners and private individuals as both plaintiffs and defendants in the Commercial Court, including in complex funds litigation, misselling claims and competition law proceedings. Will also has advised several financial institutions in relation to prominent loan portfolios. Prior to joining OSM Partners, Will worked in-house for 8 years with one of the country’s largest financial institutions.
