Kiran is a Solicitor with OSM Partners LLP, working in the Litigation Department.
Kiran has over 10 years’ experience in litigation, acting on behalf of insurers and high-profile clients in complex insurance work including casualty, major injury, and fraudulent claims.
With her expertise of dealing with a high volume of cases and large loss claims, she offers extensive experience in dispute resolution strategy; and the coordination of management information providing numeric visualisation of claims.
Kiran supports the Mortgage Litigation team at OSM in its project management of portfolios consisting of debt recovery actions proceeding through High Court and Circuit Court.
Kiran works collaboratively with a broad range of clients from financial institutions, SME businesses and private individuals whether it be Plaintiff or Defendant and she leads a forward-thinking and cost-effective approach to dispute resolution.
