Mary-Louise is a Partner in the Property Department in OSM Partners LLP.
She has developed expertise in advising a range of private clients, companies, receivers, assets managers, and financial institutions on both residential and commercial real estate matters, particularly in relation to insolvency and property transactions. She regularly provides advises on security reviews, title rectification, disposal of large volumes of distressed properties and various complex property related matters.
She has also acted for corporate property developers in sales and purchases of commercial property from hotels to office premises.

Prior to joining OSM Partners LLP, Mary-Louise worked for a number of years in a niche commercial firm specialising in the areas of banking, commercial property, restructuring, recovery, insolvency, and corporate law.
Mary-Louise has completed the necessary exams to be dual qualified in England & Wales.
