Paul is an Associate in the Property Department of OSM Partners LLP.
Paul qualified with McCann FitzGerald in Dublin and commenced practicing in the secured lending and banking department. Paul’s focus is now real estate with experience in real estate finance, corporate due diligence, commercial leasing as well as acquisitions and disposals. He previously has acted for both the lender and the and borrower on major site acquisitions and financings. Paul also advised the joint bookrunner on a number of successful fundraising rounds carried out by an Irish property company and acted on the property side of a share sale in one of Ireland’s leading insurance brokers.
Paul’s practice now focuses on high-volume residential and commercial disposals to include advising on title, reviewing security and ensuring the successful asset sale, acting for some of the major investment funds in the market in Ireland.
