Ray is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Litigation department of OSM Partners LLP.
He has over 15 years’ experience in the areas of commercial litigation, dispute resolution, debt recovery, enforcement of security, injunctions/emergency relief and property litigation. Ray also has experience in progressing orders for sale through the Examiner's Office of the High Court.
He has developed particular expertise in representing clients in litigation matters in the Circuit Court, the High Court and the Commercial Court. Ray advises a range of financial institutions, private equity funds, insolvency practitioners and private individuals.
Ray has contributed to various legal publications in his areas of expertise and has lectured on enforcement at the Law Society of Ireland.
