Richard is Head of Debt Collection and Insolvency Department at OSM Partners LLP.
With over 15 years experience in the area of debt recovery, Richard has specialist expertise advising on commercial disputes for debts exceeding €1m, High Court disputes for liquidated debt, enforcement/registration of Judgments (Instalment Orders/Mortgages/Bankruptcy) both domestic and foreign, appointment of receivers, injunctions and PRTB disputes for Receivers.
Richard advises a broad range of clients from financial institutions, credit unions, accountancy firms, government bodies, management companies and private individuals.
