Ruth is a solicitor working within the Corporate and Commercial Litigation team at OSM Partners LLP.
Ruth practices in a number of different areas including company restorations, Section 343(5) of the Companies Act 2014 applications, mortgage and securities litigation as well as private client. She works with a broad range of clients ranging from financial institutions and private equity funds to small businesses and individuals.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Ruth worked within the legal sector for a number of years in the areas of compliance and business development. She has a keen interest in Corporate Governance and is currently completing a Certificate in Company Secretarial Law with the Law Society of Ireland.
