OSM Partners Announces Three New Associate Appointments



OSM Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Georgiou as a new Associate in Personal Insolvency and Mortgage Litigation, Jesika Loughran as Associate in the Commercial Litigation Department and Dylan Walsh as Associate in the Property Department of OSM Partners.

Since Robert Georgiou joined OSM Partners two and a half years ago, he has acted in personal insolvency and mortgage litigation cases in both the Circuit and High courts. He acts for financial institutions, receivers, blue chip companies and private clients. Robert came to OSM Partners with 5 years’ experience in New Zealand, where he also spent two years in the litigation department of a top tier commercial firm and three years as a Crown Prosecutor. 

Jesika Loughran has considerable experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters residential and commercial property, litigation, debt recovery and private client matters to include, such as family law, probate and licensing. Prior to joining the team in OSM Partners, Jesika trained and qualified in a busy general practice in Dublin where she represented clients before the was involved in numerous Circuit Court, High Court and Court of Appeal  in litigation matters ranging from adverse possession, title rectification, personal injuries, injunctive reliefs and mortgage litigation. Jesika is currently completing researching the legal and ethical challenges of surrogacy in Ireland for her Master’s Degree in Advanced Legal Practice.

Dylan Walsh is a property solicitor with extensive experience in the areas of Conveyancing, Probate, Wills and Estate Planning. He acts in the disposal and acquisition of both residential and commercial property, providing advices on security related matters and looking after probate matters to include estate planning. Dylan’s clients include financial institutions, private investment funds, receivers and private clients. He is currently undertaking a Diploma in Insolvency Law and Corporate Restructuring with the Law Society of Ireland to enhance his client services in this area.
